Trading for over 30 years as a renowned multi-brand store was not enough for this ambitious business. Charli launched its eponymous label as a small capsule collection. Transitioning from capsule to full-fledged business in its own right was the challenge laid at our feet.

Kicking off a healthy relationship takes trust, and being provided with a healthy testing budget was super important. We were allowed the time needed to test, fail, succeed, and iterate.

Advertising spend rose quickly, outpacing expectations, with sales multiplying 9x within a few months. Our targets were based on business-level figures, not just in-channel metrics, and the needle being moved was clear to see at every level. 

Achieving exponential growth over a number of years, exceeding targets, wholesale accounts growing off the back of D2C, defining and directing new creative, and opening up new channels became part of our routine. Plus we did it all without running a single discount/sales campaign.
